Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Belha Naturals, we are committed to delivering products of the highest quality. Each product is carefully crafted and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. We value the trust you place in us, and our Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy has been designed to be transparent, fair, and customer-centric.

Owing to the personal nature of skincare and beauty products, we do not accept returns once a product has been opened or used.

  • However, we will gladly offer a replacement if:
    • The product is damaged in transit.
    • The product received is defective.
    • An incorrect item was delivered.

To be eligible for a return or replacement, the following conditions must be met:

  • A request must be raised within 7 (seven) days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (except in cases of damage or defect during delivery).

Customers must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (Order ID/Invoice No.).
  • Clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
  • A written description of the issue.

Requests that do not meet the above conditions may not be eligible for return or replacement.

Refunds will be initiated only if:

  • The product requested for replacement is out of stock
  • The issue raised is genuine and cannot be resolved through replacement.
  • Upon approval, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage.
  • Free samples, trial packs, or promotional items.
  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance events (unless defective or damaged on arrival).
  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
  • In the event of a successful cancellation, the refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
